But... www.allbibles.com has the most information on the most editions. Information on font size, books included, references, concordance, etc. Very useful for shopping.

LifeWay is a nonprofit store %26amp; has really good sales %26amp; will price match. The sales people will help you find exactly the Bible you need -- translation, type of binding, size, etc. If they don't have it, then they will order it for you or find it at another store for you (even a competitor's).

I'd just grab one at Barnes and Noble or something (I think that's where I got mine). Every now and then you might even find them on sale. My experience with Christian bookstores is that they're overpriced. I bought some supposedly "special" highlighters (ones that wouldn't bleed through the tracing-paper pages of the Bible) at a Christian bookstore. They were like $10 for four of them, and they ended up being nothing more than colored pencils.

When they have really great sales, yes. Otherwise they can be expensive.



I usually shop around before making the purchase. It just so happens 2 Bibles that I've wanted they had there on sale and for cheaper than anything else online so there you have it.

You can buy a Bible anywhere. As long as it is the King James Version. You can get one at a dollar store for a buck. You don't have to pay a lot of money for one. GOD will love you the same.Is Lifeway Christian bookstore the best place to buy a Bible?
yes because they have a huge selection of Bible's (concordence, small, large, pocket size, large print,etc..) and many other books.
I'm sure you could buy from Amazon over the internet, and probably could access one to read a bit that way. What version do you want?
No. The best place is the cheapest place.
