Good Christian books?

I seriously need help right now. I have nightmares that Jesus has returned, along with the Devil who is posing as Christ in the hopes that people will be fooled into following him. Unable to differentiate between the two, I accidentally follow Satan and burn to death in you-know-where. Then I wake up.

It isn't a pleasant dream, and I'm terrified that when Jesus returns it will become reality! I've gotten rid of most of my doubts, mainly with the assistance of the Holy Spirit, but I've read that when Jesus comes again, so will Satan, and some will follow Satan and eternally burn.

I need advice! Can you please suggest some books to help me deal with this, and where online I can find the books? (Good Christian books are a rarity at the local bookstore; it mainly sells Bibles and old, boring books instructing you how exactly to run your life.)

Serious answers from Christians only please. 10 points are in store for the best answer. (Advice is welcome as well as books!)

Thanks!Good Christian books?
You won't get over your bad dreams by intensely studying, that will probably make it worse! lol (I'm sort of kidding btw)

Let me give you a bit of assurance from Jesus Himself. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one."*

So, according to Jesus, your best method of study would be to learn how to hear Jesus' voice :)
Left Behind most def you can get these at any christian store or any bookstore. or try amazon.comGood Christian books?
its really wrong that you onnly say christians can answer
The best book you could ever have is your (NIV) Study Bible.Good Christian books?
try the bible
Read all the "Left Behind" series if you haven't already. You won't be able to put these books down once you start.
The left behind bookes are very good. also obviously the bible.
Read the Tim Lahaye books, not the Left Behind series, but this one about revelation. Its really good. And talks how the mark of the beast is an intentional thing that you proclaim not to follow Jesus.
definitely talk to a local pastor (or your own, if you attend church). you can also read the Left Behind series. they are really helpful. good luck! I'll pray for you!
"Faith that pleases God" by Bob George
So, I believe in dream analysis, which says that your dreams are your fears in disguise. Maybe you should do some serious praying and research. I don't think any book will help you except for the Bible. Good luck!
i know of only one book

The Holy BIble

it has more in it than you will ever find anywhere else.

I would recommend Led By The Carpenter by D. James Kennedy and regular daily Bible study. Forming a close relationship to Christ will give you the confidence that you would be able to spot a counterfeit.Every morning when you wake up, dedicate the day to the Lord and ask Him to fill you and guide you with His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit inside of a person is what opens our eyes spiritually. God bless!!

Another good one to read is The Gates Of Hell Shall Not Prevail by D. James Kennedy. I foung this book to be extremely encouraging and motivational.

i used to worry about that all the time. just know that whatever you do, you will go up when you die, not down. JESUS LOVES YOU. he chose you, and would not allow you to burn in that place. Also, if you get to know God better, you will be able to tell the difference between Him and Satan. As for books, try Youth Walk devotional magazine and Acquire the Fire devotional magazine. I know they aren't actual books, but this way it will be like getting a new book every month (or however often they come). Don't worry about the future. Live for it. And listen to God. He will carry you triumphantly home when the time is right, which may include the end of the world, or not. Its already decided, And Jesus chose YOU. He knows you will make the right decision.
Just know that when Jesus comes back, you will know. If you have accepted his gift already, you will be taken when he comes back. If anyone 'claims' to be Jesus, know he is false. Keep praying and talk with your youth pastor and friends. As long as you have the relationship with God, you will be assured of faith in the true Jesus Christ.

:D
I agree with most on the Left Behind series, very good!! I am on #11 and still loving them.
This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness - both by Frank Peretti.

By the way, don't get upset with the comments - Everyone is on this forum for a reason. Try to lighten up a little. I know it's a serious subject and concern, but they are just goofys. Read your Bible. He gives the peace that is beyond understanding.
You may want to look up verses on faith, try In Touch Ministries web site. The Holy Spirit/Jesus lives inside of you, and will not let you be deceived. You already are following Jesus, and you will recognize him in the after life. You may also want to read about Revelation ( I actually bought "Revelation for Dummies") Most theologians believe that you and I will be raptured, taken away "in the twinkling of an eye" (Corinthians 15:56) before the tribulation. Satan returns during the tribulation, and you will be gone, already raptured. Please don't worry, God won't let you go.
First off if you've truly made Jesus your personal lord and savior you wont have to worry about burning in hell Jesus promises us eternal placement in heaven. As far as books go read the letters from paul in the bible (corinthians, galatians, romans, etc) they are always a good place to start reading. uuh s far as books i try phillip yancy i heard hes good. you could read the left behind books there ok not that good but as far as christian fiction theyre ok and contain some biblical truth but remember its fiction its not exactly the way things will happen. Don't fret over things like that satan can use them to hinder our faith trust in God and remember once saved always saved its in the bible.
The New Testament would be the best, but "The Last Days According to Jesus - When Did Jesus Say He Would Return?" by R.C. Sproul might help. Also "The Gospel According to Jesus - What Does Jesus Mean When He Says, Follow Me?" by John F. MacArthur, Jr.
You need professional medical help perhaps.
You do not need a book. Please consider going to a therapist.
