I have written a series of three books that are part of a 12-part series of Christian fiction for late teens and young adults. Readers who have read the Chronicles of Narnia and the Left Behind series will enjoy. The reading is a little more difficult than the Narnia Chronicles and a little lighter and less obviously Christian than the Left Behind books. I would like to know how to get these into Christian bookstores.

After printing out the pages, put it away from at least 6 weeks, the bare minimum. After that, read it through without making any changes or marks. How does it sound to you? Then, take a red pen and go crazy, making little margin notes, crossing out words, etc. Look for grammar, punctuation, syntax, etc.
Buy a copy of Writer's Market and look for agent listings. When you've found one suitable, send out a query letter based on their guidelines. If they want to see the rest fo their book, either send it via email or snail mail, depending on the agency. If they agree to represent you, you are ahead of the ballgame.
Now look in Writer's Market for publishers suitable to your genre. Send out a query-or not, some do not want them- specified to their guidelines. Wait 6 weeks to 2 months for a response. If, in the end, you're book will be published, the editor will suggest changes, and I recommend you listen, these guys know what they're talking about. Expect 6 months to a year and a half for it to hit the shelves.
But expect rejection. Every writer has gotten it, you just need to eat it for breakfast and move on.

well that's awesome that you've written a teen christian series. I really enjoyed the spirit renegade series (by the author of the left behind series) we need more books like that. After you get it copywrited, maybe look into the Thomas Nelson inc. I know they published several books for young christian teens. Maybe also look into the same publishing house that published the left behind series. HIHI have written Teen Christian Fiction series. I would like to get it into Christian bookstores across the US.
Unless you want to take the difficult approach of self-publishing and then trying to market your own books, the basic approach is this: find an agent and have the agent sell your book to a publisher who specializes in Christian fiction. With rare exceptions, publishers won't look at a book from an author who doesn't have an agent. To find an agent, you can do web searches of literary agents; most have websites on which they tell what kinds of books they represent and how they want writers to submit things to them--a query letter first, a query letter with a sample chapter or two, whatever. Please be aware that most of them will not open attachments to emails, so if you email your query letter, it should be in the email itself and not attached.
Another suggestion I have--as it can be extremely difficult to get an agent--is to look for writers' conferences that offer short (usually about 15-minute) meetings with agents as part of the conference. There will be talks you can attend on different topics, which might be useful, but the opportunity to meet with an agent who might take you on is really the most important part of the day.
