Would that be a big store?
Just a curious atheist musing at 2:35AM
I like visiting my local Christian bookstores. I give them business and buy things every once in a while, even if the subject matter of a few books scare me to death sometimes.Since there are bookstores dedicated to only Christian material, should there be...?
no because there's nothing to write about in atheism...
most books are about the absurdities of religions... it's not about atheism.
there would be if there weren't so few atheists around where you live...
What I say is the the truth.. I am the wise voice from the future of 2:37 PM.Since there are bookstores dedicated to only Christian material, should there be...?
Yes it would be a big store, and I would like to contribute the first three books:
1) Who Wrote The New Testament?
2) A History of God
3) Some Mistakes of Moses
Im sure there is..Just not in this planet.Since there are bookstores dedicated to only Christian material, should there be...?
If you would stop fighting against God and accept His Salvation through Jesus Christ as you know you should, you wouldn't be scared to death to read these books.
If you really believed God was not real, then these books would not scare you at all. So the fact that they do is evidence that you really do believe there is a God.
Why not just give yourself to Him like you know you should?
Why Would An Atheist Frequent a Bible Book Store: it Shouldn't EXIST to them..
That's The Reason A-Theist don't EXIST.
An atheist bookstore would soon shut down. Lack of trade.
There is nothing to stop anyone trying.
Atheism is a single opinion, not an organised system of beliefs, and it's only one fairly inconsequential opinion among many. There could be, for example, a bookshop on Communism, which would make sense since it's an organised belief system which accommodates atheism, but not just on bare atheism.
I see you've encountered Paul! "Please devote yourself to my imaginary friend." And i say that as a Christian.
It wouldn't surprise me if there were one (or will be sometime in the future). Whether there should be or not is an entirely different question.
