Ideas for Inexpensive Christian Freebies?

My friends are opening a Christian bookstore %26amp; need ideas on something inexpensive to give out at the opening event but NOT bookmarks.Ideas for Inexpensive Christian Freebies?
Have you looked at something like orientaltrading.com? They have all kinds of things you can buy in bulk, and I think they have some spin-off type catalogs that have specifically Christian items.
How about little postcards with scriptures on them? Easy to decorate and print; Staples will usually cut them for a few bucks. "pocket-sized inspiration"

Rubber or string necklaces with a cross made of nails...

Apple or heart-shaped cookies or memo pads (heart to depict His love; apple because we are the apple of His eye)

Loads of those origami fortune teller toys (you know the ones where you choose a colour, then a number and you unfold the flap and there's one of 8 messages written?) make loads and loads of those, pretty ones, maybe as the messages have nice biblical quotes.
Why not bookmarks? It is a bookstore. Give one with each book purchased. With each bible, my Dad used to print a name on the Bible in gold, for free. Make bible verse buttons, pass out "glow in the dark" plastic crosses.Ideas for Inexpensive Christian Freebies?
Candy is the best way to bribe little children into religion. JK. I don't think you're trying to do that, but candy is a good idea to create buzz. It's tasty, delicious, and grrrrreat!
Oh I think Mattel and Whammo make cheap frisbees. Oh, you said freebies. Sorry.
Dang I was going to say bookmarks... lol

Pamphlets, Those mini new-testament bibles, pencils, pens, highlighters, notebooks, water bottles, idk..

hope i helped...
Jesus dental floss. Go get free dental floss form the local Christian dentist and use a sharpie to write "Jesus flosses" on the container.
Keyrings that say "buy a book or go to hell!" on them. A bit of good old fashioned christian scare mongering normally works
Maybe tiny books with Bible proverbs, I know a local church did that during the state fair.

TEH DEADLY KITTEH HAZ SPOKANE!
What about little chains with an electric chair on them or do you only recognise one form of cruel and unusual punishment?
give welcome cards... a lot of little cards with a christian message with the feel welcome phrase on it... with some sort of candy attached to it.
Empty Bible quotes for customers would be the cheapest route.
Condoms.
solomon shaped cookies
badges with the book shop logo and message on them, they shouldn't be to expensive
Make Fishy cookies with Jesus written on them!
There are tons of tracts out there (just do a search and you can see stuff) that would work.
