The Southern Baptist Convention has Lifeway Christian stores as their bookstore, so does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have a bookstore like that as well?LDS: Is there a Mormon bookstore like Lifeway Christian stores?
Yeah, sorta. I don't know exactly what Lifeway Christian is, but the there are a few Bookstores that carries lots of LDS stuff.
Deseret Book
Seagull Book and Tape.
Yes, they have different booksellers.
Also, the church itself has its own very extensive publishing company that not only publishes books, but CD's, movies, Bibles. Most temples have a distribution center where they sell some knicknacks. They sell bibles of all sizes, hymns books, artwork, all kinds of goodies. If you were to go to Utah, you would see the enormity of Mormon culture. There are also numerous private LDS bookstores throughout America that sell more LDS jewelry, artwork, and clothing . They tend to have more Mormon paraphernalia. Check your local listings to see if there're any nearby.
If you don't have an LDS bookstore nearby, check a temple, they usually have a small shop there.
****EDIT:
"About Deseret Book Company
Deseret Book is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deseret Management Corporation, the holding company for business firms owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Deseret Book is a profit-making Utah corporation."LDS: Is there a Mormon bookstore like Lifeway Christian stores?
When I worked in San Francisco, there were a number of LDS bookstores in the Bay area. The same when I lived in Los Angeles.
There's a fairly nice one near the temple in Washington, DC, and I got a CTR ring I really prize when I was at the Houston temple for a wedding. I thought that bookstore was quite well-stocked.
So, there's probably a good privately-owned LDS bookstore in any city of size n the USA.
As others have noted, there are many online sources, including the church itself. Try www.LDSCatalog.com
The one thing that still shocks me about most Christian bookstores is the number of books attacking other faiths. I haven't seen anything of that character in any LDS bookstore.
The LDS church runs their own "church distribution center". There are other book stores that are not operated by the LDS church that sell LDS related products. This will have things like scriptures, course materials, pictures, and music at very very inexpensive prices.
Deseret Book (probably the largest)
Seagull Book is another
These will have many of the same things but with additional opinion books, trinkets, jewelry, and a wider selection of music.LDS: Is there a Mormon bookstore like Lifeway Christian stores?
There's a bookstore called Deseret. Similar to other Christian bookstores you'll find things that are totally in line with the truth of the religion, and then some other stuff...
It is not own nor sponsored by the church. It's just a business that caters to Mormons.
They even have one for the temple garments the LDS distribution center and oen for the food as well and one for the welfare to.
Oh look there is a movie about the pirates of the great salt lake (UT)

In Dallas, TX, check out Moon's LDS Bookstore, just a block from the Temple. He also deals in rare antique Bibles, some of which once belonged to kings.
No, it is not owned by the church.
Deseret Book and Seagull Book and Tape, though I think Seagull book is only in Utah. I've seen other LDS bookstores, but I think they were only small locally owned shops.
Deseretbooks.com
BYUbookstore.com
There are other places LDS stuff are sold by other website but I don't remember them offhand.
Deseret Book Store
Seagull Book
There's one near me called "Nephi's Books"
I'm an ex-mormon, but , yes, its called Deseret Book.
