Should I try a long distance relationship? How?

I recently went to the beach. On our third day there I met a young man in a Christian bookstore. Something compelled me to give him my PN, which I usually never do (I'm the shy kind of girl). The next night we hung out on the beach. The day after he and his family took me out to dinner. Needless to say, he kissed me and it was wonderful. Long story short, we've called each other every day since then (which was barely a week ago). I feel like I've known him forever, but I have a very difficult year of school ahead of me and I don't know what to do. Should I keep it as friends or try for something more? He lives in Illinois and I live in NC and he's 2 years older than I am. Is it worth it?Should I try a long distance relationship? How?

Long distance relationships are very difficult. You can try it but don't be surprised if things become rough over time. It's really if you're both on the same level when it's going to work. Good luck.
