What does a "stock" job entail?

im 21 and am starting my job at "family Christian store" on tuesday... well its an interview but i start later this week.



its a part-bookstore, part-jewelry (ironic right?), and part record store.



anyways the manager said that i will be hired to work in "receiving" and do "stock".



what does that mean i will be doing?What does a "stock" job entail?
Taking things off of trucks, organizing their storage, putting them on the store's shelves for sale.
